By air. Zadar Airport (ZAD) is about 55 km — under an hour by taxi; Split Airport (SPU) about 75 km, an hour and a quarter. By road. The A1 exit Pirovac is 20 minutes from the bridge at Tisno; the marinas have paid parking for the week. By bus. Coaches from Šibenik and Zadar run to Tisno and Murter.

Betina and Murter are wooden-boat-building villages with shipyards still working on the shore; the Kornati islands are in view from the hill above Murter town. Tisno, on the bridge, has beaches and the Garden music festival in summer. Šibenik and its cathedral are 30 minutes away.
