Seget Donji is the village immediately west of Trogir, and Marina Baotić on its shore is one of the largest charter bases in central Dalmatia — ten minutes from Split Airport, with the same island week as Trogir and Split: Šolta, Brač, Hvar and Vis, and the Drvenik islands right outside the bay.
The base is a purpose-built charter marina with hotel, restaurants and a boatyard on site; Trogir’s old town is a walk along the waterfront for the evening before departure.
Getting there
By air. Split Airport (SPU) is about 7 km — ten to fifteen minutes by taxi. By road. Seget Donji is on the coast road west of Trogir; the A1 motorway exit Prgomet is 20 minutes away. Paid parking inside the marina. By bus. Buses from Split stop in Trogir; the marina is a short taxi ride or a 25-minute walk along the waterfront.
Seget Donji before you cast off
Trogir’s UNESCO old town is 2 km along the shore: the cathedral of St Lawrence, the Kamerlengo fortress and the Riva. Seget itself has a small walled centre from the 16th century. Split and its palace are 35 minutes by road.
Supermarkets are in Seget and Trogir; the marina has a shop, bakery and restaurants, and a fuel dock.
