Motor boats in Spain
Motor boats in Spain are the Ibiza and Formentera day fleet, with more boats in Mallorca, Menorca, the Costa Brava and Marbella. Boats up to about five metres and fifteen horsepower go out without a licence, which is what most of the small fleet is; RIBs and larger boats need a licence or a skipper. From Ibiza the day is Formentera, Espalmador and the west-coast calas around Cala Comte; from Palma the bays of the south coast; from Mahón the calas of Menorca.
Prices are per day, fuel on top; a skipper is booked as an extra and, in Ibiza in summer, is usually worth it.
