Motor yachts in Greece
Motor yachts in Greece charter crewed, by the week, from Athens (Alimos, Flisvos and Lavrion), Mykonos and Corfu. The Saronic gulf and the Ionian are the calm water; the Cyclades in July and August are rough for a motor yacht in the meltemi and the good captains plan around it, running early and sheltering in the afternoon. Azimut, Ferretti, Princess and Sunseeker from 50 to 100 feet are the core of the fleet, with larger yachts at Flisvos.
Greek crewed charters are quoted per week plus VAT, with fuel, berths and provisioning through an advance allowance; the summer tax on charters and the crew gratuity are on top.
